Cricket, swimming, football, badminton and the sports around them share coaching, hospitality and match-day care. Dr. Nirmala Kotnis leads operations. Rajiv Mehta brings refereeing, coaching and championship experience, including BWF events, World Juniors and the Yonex Sunrise India Open.

MBA with a sports distribution and management practice since 2011, across operations, partnerships and commercial strategy for sports ventures in India.
Dr. Nirmala Kotnis
COO, Operations · Former international badminton player
Entrepreneur with venue, athlete and programme leadership across East, West and North India, including an association with Padukone Sports Management and the Padukone School of Badminton.
Rajiv Mehta
COO, Business Development
International badminton referee and qualified coach. His work covers sports marketing and championship operations, including BWF World Championships, World Juniors and the Yonex Sunrise India Open.
